Payment due in full upfront

As of 1/16/2022 I will no longer be accepting refunds, with the exception of if for some reason I can no longer complete your commission, so please be certain you'd like to commission me.

Commissions will be finished in 1-2 months or less, please do not rush me unless it is a rush commission. This will come at an extra cost (amount dependent on how long my queue is and how big the commission.)

Wips will usually only be sent at the commissioner’s request or if it is a design commission

After the commission is finished, only small changes/fixes will be made

My work may not be used commercially without a purchase of the commercial rights, this will come at x3 the total cost of the commission or adoptable (ex. $20 adopt x3 for commercial cost = $60 commercial fee) with an exception for OTA (offer to adopt) designs, which will have a flat fee of $50. My commercial fee can be paid at any time after purchase but BEFORE commercial use.

I prefer to work off full colored digital references

I reserve the right to use the finished artwork in any way I see fit unless explicitly requested not to before the commission is accepted

I reserve the right to deny any commission without explanation

Do not use my art or designs as NFTs (non-fungible tokens,) to promote NFTs, or in any generally crypto related project, if breached I reserve the right to revoke your ownership of my art or design without refund.

Do not use my art or designs for bigoted content of any kind, if breached you will be blocked and blacklisted.
