Payment due in full upfront

As of 1/16/2022 I will no longer be accepting refunds (with the exception of if for some reason I can no longer complete your commission,) so please be certain you'd like to commission me.

My commissions can often take a few months, please be patient unless it is a rush commission. This will come at an extra fee (amount dependent on how short the dead line and how big the commission.)

Wips will usually only be sent at the commissioner’s request or if it is a design commission

After the commission is finished, only small changes/fixes will be made

My artwork and adoptable designs may not be used commercially without a purchase of the commercial rights, this will come at x2 the total cost of the commission or adoptable (ex. $20 adopt base cost x2 for commercial cost = $40 commercial fee, making it $60 total) with an exception for OTA (offer to adopt) designs, which will have a flat fee of $50. My commercial fee can be paid at any time after purchase but BEFORE commercial use.

I prefer to work off full colored digital references

I reserve the right to use the finished artwork in any way I see fit (commission examples, portfolio, etc.) unless explicitly requested not to prior to the acceptance of the commission

I reserve the right to deny any commission without explanation

Do not use my art or designs as NFTs (non-fungible tokens,) to promote NFTs, or in any crypto related project. Do not use my art or voice to train AI in any form. If this agreement is breached I reserve the right to revoke your ownership of my art and/or design without refund and block your account.

Do not use my art or designs for hateful or bigoted content in any form, if breached you will be blocked and blacklisted.
